Alarm CallsFor homes that have alarm systems, Worry Free Property Management is usually the first to be contacted. Depending on the type of call, I will respond directly to the home to meet with any emergency personnel if necessary.
Should an alarm call be received that does not require emergency personnel, I will visit the home immediately, analyze the situation and either fix the issue directly or contact the necessary company to fix the issue. I will stay at the home during the issue to be sure that it is completed. During the entire process, I will communicate with the homeowner regarding the issue, status and outcome. We want the homeowner to be aware of the issue so they can help make any necessary decision as to the care of the home.
